At Boho Print Lab, every piece is made just for you — designed and produced with care, creativity, and intention right after you place your order.
Because of this, we do not accept returns for items that have already been created and shipped.

But don’t worry — we’re always here to listen and support you.
Your happiness matters to us, and we’ll do our best to ensure your experience is a beautiful one.

We’re happy to help if:

  • You received the wrong item.
  • Your order arrived with printing issues, such as peeling, misalignment, or incorrect designs.
  • Your package was lost in transit.
  • Your item was damaged upon delivery.

If any of these happen, just send us a quick message with some photos, and we’ll take care of the rest — whether that means a full refund or sending you a brand new replacement.

Need to change your order?

Made a mistake with the size, color, or design? It happens!
Just contact us within 12 hours of placing your order, and we’ll do our best to make the changes for you.
After that time, your item may already be in production and changes might no longer be possible.

Helpful tip: Double-check your order before checkout to avoid any little mishaps.

Refund Timing

  • For PayPal payments: refunds are typically processed within 24 hours
  • For credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, etc.): please allow 5–7 business days

Replacements

If we resend your item, it will go through the same production and shipping times as a new order. You can find all delivery details in our Shipping Policy.
